Councilman Robert White represents the community living within the Four Bears Segment. He is the son of Anna White and was raised by his grandparents, the late Robert White and Martha J. (Red Fox) White. White graduated from New Town High School in 1995.

After High school, White enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served 6 years from 1995-2001. When White returned from the military, he earned his associate degree in Early Childhood Development from Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College. He later went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Business from Liberty University.

White managed a successful small business located in New Town, ND then went on to work multiple management positions at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge.

White is committed to the people of the MHA Nation by prioritizing family and community. He is dedicated to growing, improving, and economically developing a brighter future for upcoming generations.
